After searching online for a while and giving up a site came to my attention on teh AoC forums that I thought we could all benefit from.

It has editable maps for each zone, not all in just yet but they seem to be quick, and a feat calculator for each class. I am sure that amor/items will be implemented once they can get a solid database for it. To me the maps alone help. It lists what level you can accomplish what zone at.
